Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

Welcome to Whispering Waters. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Event Bookings:

- A deposit is required to secure your booking.

- Final payment is due 4 months before the event date.

- Cancellations must be made in writing ( non refundable ).

- Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

- Any additional services requested after the booking confirmation may incur extra charges.

Use of the Venue:

- The venue is available from 9am on the event day.

- Setup and pack-down times must be within the agreed timeframe.

- No external catering or alcohol is permitted without prior approval.

- Guests must comply with venue rules, including noise restrictions and environmental policies.

Liability:

- Whispering Waters is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during events.

- The client is responsible for any damages caused by their guests or vendors during the event.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Changes to Terms:

Whispering Waters reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
