Choose from one of our many beautiful ceremony locations to say your I Do’s and I Love You’s in front of your nearest and dearest, before taking the photos you’ve always dreamed of around the property. There’s also the option to move to our venue for celebratory drinks afterwards; it’s already furnished, requiring no extra decoration.

Wedding Packages

Packages are tailored based on guest count, furniture needs, and hours required, and are priced on a case-by-case basis. You’re more than welcome to bring your celebrant, or MC, and we’ll ensure everything is seamlessly arranged for them.

Full Wedding Packages

Up to 40 Guests: $7,200

  • What’s Included:

    • Exclusive hire of the venue from 9am to 9pm

    • Wedding coordination

    • Indoor and outdoor furniture, including arches and white ceremony chairs

    • Access to all stunning photo locations

    • Option to bring in your own catering and beverages

    • Access to multiple indoor/outdoor ceremony areas

    • Arch options with white outdoor ceremony chairs

    • PA equipment including portable speakers and microphones

    • Custom outdoor bar and modern facilities

Up to 80 Guests: $8,400

  • What’s Included:

    • All the features of the 40-guest package, with additional support for larger gatherings.

Micro-Weddings & Pop-Up Weddings

Up to 30 Guests: $3,785

  • What’s Included:

    • Venue hire for 4 hours

    • Access to multiple indoor/outdoor ceremony areas

    • Arch options with white outdoor ceremony chairs

    • PA equipment including portable speakers and microphones

    • Canapés and bridal flowers

We Also Offer

Wedding Coordination Package:

Before the Wedding Day:

  • Review your wedding plans and address any potential gaps

  • Coordinate with your vendors to ensure all requirements and timings are aligned

On the Wedding Day:

  • Manage vendor arrivals, setup locations, and logistical needs (power, water)

  • First onsite to open Whispering Waters and arrange venue signage

  • Oversee vendor setup and ensure compliance with venue rules

  • Conduct sound checks with your celebrant and DJ, managing music and noise levels

  • Assist your MC and vendors with the day’s flow, discreetly handling any issues

  • Make weather-related decisions and adjust plans as needed

  • Provide support with boutonniere pinning, guest greeting, and decor relocation

  • Facilitate smooth transitions between ceremony and reception

  • Assist with group portraits, cake cutting, and guest services

  • Ensure the venue is beautifully lit and candles are arranged

After the Wedding Day:

  • Last to leave, securing the venue and ensuring guests/vendors depart on time

  • Conduct a final venue inspection to ensure the safe return of your bond

At Whispering Waters, we offer a range of in-house services to enhance your wedding day, all led by our talented owner, Valeria Antipenko.

Additional ‘Add-On’ Packages:

  • Full Wedding Planning: Vendor booking, budget assistance, monthly meetings, wedding mood boards, full design and styling, and more. Ideal for overseas couples or busy professionals.

  • Styling: Assistance with material sourcing, color matching, and design implementation.

  • Hire equipment ie. food truck, photo booth, marquee hire etc.

F.A.Q

  • We provide venue, furniture, limited bar facilities and post event venue clean, BYO drinks + catering with no hidden costs. There’s also 15 acres of curated wilderness including an orchard, stream, long grass meadows, modern glasshouse and regenerating bush providing lots of areas for stunning photos throughout the day and at sunset. So, not your average! We have plenty of birdlife including hawks, pheasants, ducks and more.

  • Up to 80 but we also offer very intimate celebrations for events with 30 guests or less.

  • To keep our venue events low-impact to the local community, we have to adhere to reasonable limits for music. Live performance is fine (in fact we love the atmosphere it brings!) as long as it’s acoustic instruments, and no drums or amplifiers please.
